Julij 1719 Bij this publik instrument of Procuration or Letter of of attorneij be it known and manifest unto all those who shall sel these presents of hear the same Read, that on the 21th. daij of Julij 1719, new stile, before me Adrian Baars, Notarij and Cabillion publik &a. personallij appeared Mr. Thomas Bliss of Hoburn in the Countij of Misdleser Carpenter, now being within ohis citij, who declared to have Made, ordained, constituted, authorized & appointed, and bij these presents doth make, ordaine, constitute, and authorize Clark of London and appointe Mr. John upon Athelhill ships builder, his true and lawfull attorneij, giving and bij these presents granting unto his said attorneij full power and lawfull authoritij, for him the said Constituant, in his name and to his proper use to as ke, demande, leavij, sue for and bij all lawfull meanes and waijes parsono recover and receave of and from all and everij ^ persons, wekom it shall or maij concern, inhabiting at London aforesaid or elsewhere in Great Brittain, all and everij such sumon and summs of Moneij, effects and things whatsoever due, owing, belonging or in anij wise appertaining to him the said Constituant, wheter bij bond, note, bel, book, debt account, consignement or for or bij what other account, waijes, Reason or means soever, nothing excepted nor reserved, and to that end with all and everij porson or persons whom it maij shall or maij concern to account, vieurs, settle and adiust all accounts and the Ballance thereof to receave, upon recovries and receipts to give one or more acquitances or other sufficient discharges in due forme of law, but in case of refusall or delaij bij anij person or persons whom itt shall or maij concern, to make and render Just and true account, paijment & satisfaction in the premisses, him, her or them
